Export Formats
8 export formats — Excel, CSV, PLCCreator, JSON, TIA Portal, Rockwell L5X, DEXPI, and Annotated PDF.
Excel (.xlsx)
The default export. Includes up to 10 sheets depending on your extraction results:

Best for: Final deliverables, client handoff, detailed review.
CSV
Comma-separated format compatible with any spreadsheet tool. Formula injection protection included.
Best for: Quick imports into other tools, data processing scripts.
PLCCreator Device IO List
CSV formatted for direct import into PLCCreator. Choose your PLC architecture:
- Single rack — all I/O on one rack
- Single fieldbus — I/O distributed on one fieldbus
- Multiple fieldbuses — I/O across multiple fieldbuses
Best for: Going from P&ID directly to PLC configuration.
JSON
Structured data with all instrument, equipment, and line fields.
Best for: API integrations, downstream automation, custom pipelines.
TIA Portal XML
Siemens GlobalDB block with I/O tags for S7-1200/1500 controllers. Import directly into TIA Portal.
Best for: Siemens PLC projects.
Rockwell L5X
Studio 5000 importable tags for Allen-Bradley controllers.
Best for: Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC projects.
DEXPI XML
ISO 15926-based DEXPI 1.3 format for process industry data exchange.
Best for: Interoperability with DEXPI-compatible engineering tools.
Annotated PDF
Your original drawing with color-coded overlays showing where each instrument, equipment tag, and line number was found. Includes a legend on the first page.
Best for: Visual verification, markup review, client presentations.
How to Export
- Complete an extraction and open the Review view
- Click Export for Excel, or More Formats for all 8 options
- For PLCCreator, choose your architecture in the dialog
