Refund Policy

How pages work

Tagsight uses a page-based credit system. You purchase page packs or subscribe to a plan. Each page of a PDF you upload consumes one page credit. This policy covers when credits or payments can be refunded.

Automatic credit restoration

In most cases, you don't need to contact us — credits are restored automatically.

• If processing fails due to a service error, credits are automatically restored to your account. No action needed.
• If a file appears stuck in processing, contact support for immediate credit restoration.

Eligible for refund

• Extraction produced no usable results due to a service-side issue (not drawing quality).
• You were charged incorrectly or double-charged.
• The service was unavailable for an extended period after your purchase.
• Credits purchased within 30 days that remain unused.

Not eligible for refund

• Successful extraction where you changed your mind about using the results.
• Low accuracy due to poor drawing quality — heavily scanned, low-resolution, or handwritten drawings may produce less accurate results.
• Credits consumed by pages that were processed successfully, even if you chose not to export.
• Unused credits after voluntary account deletion (per Terms of Service, section 12).

How to request a refund

• Email support@tagsight.net with the subject "Refund Request".
• Include your account email and the project ID if applicable.
• We respond within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are issued as either credit restoration to your account or a refund to your original payment method — your choice.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds to your original payment method typically process within 5–10 business days. Credit restorations are applied immediately.
